Remote Patient Access & Reimbursement Navigator

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient journey management, from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up. This remote, field-based role supports patients’ access to PDPA and VFM products prescribed by healthcare providers.

You will coordinate with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors to ensure timely reimbursement and access support.
