Remote Patient Care Advocate: Access & Cost Support

VXI is seeking a Remote Patient Care Advocate to assist patients in enrolling in the Prescription Payment Plan, verify eligibility, and guide them through coverage and cost-sharing processes. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare context.
