Remote Payments Operations Specialist

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to support daily ACH and payment processing, monitor file transmissions, perform reconciliations, and resolve exceptions.

You will serve as a liaison between customers, financial institution partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate payment operations. This remote position requires location near one of our office footprints and occasional on-site onboarding/interviews.
