Remote Payroll Specialist - Workday & Multi-State

Talentify is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer high-volume payrolls across multiple states in a remote environment aligned to Pacific Time hours. You will leverage Workday to ensure accurate processing and compliance while supporting executive compensation in partnership with the compensation team.

This role also handles 401(k) contributions, payroll reconciliations, audits, and policy guidance for employees and managers, with a focus on process improvement and financial controls.
