Remote Pharmacy Technician: Concierge Support

Rightway is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Operations team, serving as the first point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, and email. You will resolve inquiries regarding benefits, claims, prior authorization, and clinical program enrollment.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, active PTCB/NHA certification, and a cooperative, analytical mindset to deliver concierge-level service across channels.
