Remote Pre-Service Specialist - Patient Access & Scheduling

CoxHealth is seeking a Pre Service Specialist II to join its fast-paced call center. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, acting as a liaison between patients, payers and the health care team, and perform order management with patient demographics and insurance verification.

The role includes determining medical necessity, pre-authorization requirements, calculating patient estimates, and sometimes rescheduling appointments.
