TalentSphere seeks a Private Client Adviser – Financial Planner / Securities Specialist / Wealth Adviser to join our 100% remote, Canada-wide team (excluding Quebec). Base salary $100,000 with Year 1 OTE of $180,000–$500,000+, uncapped commissions, and long-term earning potential.

You will focus on business development, client acquisition and closing new relationships, not on portfolio management post-onboarding.
