Remote-Ready First Line Network Support Engineer

HST Hiring Group seeks a First Line Network Support Engineer in Manchester to provide initial technical support for network issues via phone, email, or chat. You will diagnose common problems and escalate complex cases as needed.

The role requires basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and experience with Wireshark or Ping/Traceroute. Excellent communication and a driving licence are desirable.
