Remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support configuration, delivery and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC, Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, workflows and HR data migration, liaising with business and IT stakeholders.

The consultant will lead workshops, design scalable EC solutions across core HR, security, workflows and integrations, while ensuring data integrity and compliant access control.
