Remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to deliver and optimize a complex EC environment. The role is contract-based, starting ASAP for six months, with mostly remote delivery and occasional in-office days.

You will lead workshops with HR and IT, configure EC modules (Time Off, MDF, Position Management, RBP), manage data migration, security, workflows and integrations, and ensure scalable solutions across core HR.
