Remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a 6‑month contract to start ASAP. You will deliver configuration, workshops and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment, covering Time Off, MDF, Position Management and security setup.

The role requires hands-on EC configuration, RBPs, workflows and HR data migration, with responsibilities spanning core HR, employee data and integrations. Mostly remote with occasional in-office days.
