Remote SEC & GAAP Reporting Analyst

Skyward Specialty is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to drive GAAP and SEC reporting deliverables, including iXBRL tagging, in collaboration with our U.K. accounting team. The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with internal and external audit teams.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in public accounting or SEC reporting, a Bachelor's in Business/Accounting/Finance, and CPA CPA-candidate preferred. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
