Remote Senior AI Systems Reliability Engineer

Ema Unlimited is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own health, reliability, and trust in our agentic AI systems. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and improve system learning in production.

You will diagnose failures, perform RCA, and translate AI behavior issues into actionable feedback while maintaining calm and factual customer communication. This role offers full-time remote work with equity potential.
