ARC CPA is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of 8–15 small business clients year-round, delivering hands-on bookkeeping while guiding the team. This remote role requires residing in Nova Scotia or relocating there.

Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll using QBO, Sage, or Xero, managing receivables/payables, and reviewing payroll reports. Four weeks vacation and performance incentives offered.
