Remote Senior Clinical Database Programming Process Lead

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to own and develop a scalable, high-quality DBP capability across the organization. This home-based role currently covers UK, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Portugal or Poland, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

You will drive standards, validate processes, and provide senior technical support to multiple Business Units while shaping staffing and training plans to meet peak demand and project delivery goals.
