Remote Senior ML Engineer: LLM Reasoning & Training

Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will author complex reasoning traces that teach LLMs to plan, use tools, and decide, forming high-quality training data for safer, more capable AI.

You will work asynchronously from anywhere, contributing to data strategies and rigorous evaluation of traces, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration on frontier AI projects.
