Remote Service Design & Transition Specialist

Police Digital Service is seeking a Service Design and Transition Specialist for a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This remote role offers £50,000 per annum and requires ITIL 4 Foundation and extensive IT service management experience to design, govern and transition services into live operations.

You will collaborate with programmes, suppliers and operational teams to ensure services are supported, tested, and ready for deployment, while maintaining governance and quality across the lifecycle.
