Remote ServiceNow Architect: CSM & FSM Lead

Arden Resourcing is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant – ServiceNow Architect for a remote, salary-negotiable role. You will lead architecture across CSM and FSM, translating complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

You’ll own solution design from requirements through to delivery, guiding pre-sales, proposals, and customer presentations while ensuring best practices, security and seamless integrations with CRM, ERP and other
