Millenilink is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer to support a customer-facing CSM MVP. This hands-on role focuses on building and configuring case management, forms, workflows, SLAs, and channels based on predefined designs.

You will work in a fast-paced consulting environment, integrate REST APIs and Integration Hub, troubleshoot data flows, and help drive the project to go-live while collaborating with delivery teams and maintaining clear communication in a remote setup.
