Remote ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Now Resourcing is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join a boutique consultancy. You will lead client engagements, drive successful ServiceNow implementations and ensure customer success across the full lifecycle.

You will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget while mentoring the team and collaborating with a seasoned management group. The team operates remote-first with occasional client travel.
