Systematix is recruiting a ServiceNow ITSM Developer for a global life sciences client. You will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, integrating with external systems via REST and SOAP, and maintaining CMDB and reporting capabilities.

You will work with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and platform teams to deliver scalable, ITIL-aligned solutions while ensuring platform security, reliability and governance. This is a remote, full-time role with ET hours.
