Remote SRE Tech Lead — Architect Reliability & Scale

Arbor Education is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Technical Lead to own system and solution design, mentoring engineers and embedding a culture of reliability. You will guide technical decisions, drive automation, and ensure production readiness across services.

Location: Remote. Salary £80,000 - £90,000. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align technical direction with product strategy and deliver robust, scalable software for schools.
