Remote Staff Analytics Engineer: Data Warehouse Leader

Alpaca is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to own the warehouse architecture for hundreds of millions of daily events from multiple data sources. You will shape modeling, testing, and serving trusted data across teams in a fully distributed environment.

You will lead with a strong SQL/dbt foundation, drive data contracts and freshness SLAs, and mentor engineers as the company scales. This role is fully remote with international collaboration.
