Remote Strategic Service Design Lead – Public Sector

Made Tech Group seeks a Lead Service Designer in the Strategy & Design department. You will shape the Service Design practice, own the strategic direction of high-impact services, and drive organisational change across client engagements across UK offices.

The role requires an expert in Service Design who bridges policy, technology and operations, influencing senior client strategy and developing the next generation of designers. SC clearance may be required.
