Remote Streaming Support Specialist

Sutherland is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide inbound support to customers of a streaming service. This is a remote, work-from-home role. You will help with billing issues, troubleshoot errors and guide customers to products that best meet their entertainment needs.

You should be an active listener, excel at customer inquiries, and enjoy solving problems in a team. Equipment is provided, and residents of Canada are eligible to apply.
