Remote Tech Lead: End-to-End Delivery & Mentorship

Speechify is seeking a remote Team Lead to own core product work, lead a distributed engineering team, and deliver features end-to-end. You will code, review, and determine the best version for the team, while ensuring fast delivery and high quality across our Android, iOS, web, and extension platforms.

We value hands-on leaders who communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and drive reliability and rapid iteration in a fully distributed environment.
