Remote Technical Lead – Data & Connectivity

Maintel is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer – Data & Connectivity. This remote role focuses on owning complex incidents and critical escalations across customer environments, delivering exceptional service.

You'll work with Extreme Networks, Cisco and switching technologies, lead investigations, manage major incidents, and collaborate with Engineering, Delivery and Product teams to transition new services into operations.
