Remote Technical Solutions Manager - Commercial HVAC

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for the South West region, fully remote within the UK. You will develop sales for Commercial Boilers, Andrews Water Heaters, and ASHP opportunities through contractor and merchant relationships, driving revenue, margins and customer value.

You will recover share, build a project pipeline, and deliver KPI targets while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
