Hygiena, a global leader in rapid microbiology diagnostics, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Brazil. You will be the primary contact for Latin America, troubleshooting, training customers, and supporting sales teams to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences degree, 2–6 years in B2B tech support or sales, hands-on molecular biology experience, and strong English, with proficiency in MS 365 CRM and WebEx. Remote work available nationwide in Brazil.
