Renderer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Renderer / Plasterer to join a busy site, working on residential properties across Poole and the surrounding areas. The role will mainly involve external rendering and plastering, along with general preparation and finishing work. Key Responsibilities

External rendering and plastering of residential properties

Preparing walls and surfaces ready for rendering

Applying base coats, finishes and various render systems

Repairing and patching existing render

Ensuring a high-quality, neat finish on all work

Working safely and keeping work areas clean and tidy

Carrying out general building and labouring tasks when required

Working as part of a team and independently when needed

Following project specifications and maintaining high standards of workmanship Requirements

Previous experience in rendering/plastering is preferred

Good attention to detail and pride in your work

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good standard of workmanship

CSCS card is not required
