Renewable Energy Deployment Lead

As Deployment Lead at Enurgen, you will guide sites from raw field data to validated, peer-reviewed DUET models. You will support client partnerships through deployment, sign-off, hypercare, and ongoing value delivery. The work combines solar performance engineering, energy yield modelling, and technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment meetings and explain model results clearly
• Clean and validate meteorological and plant data
• Configure DUET models for solar PV and BESS sites
• Compare modelled output with field performance
• Drive scalable deployment process improvements

Requirements:

• Three to five years in solar performance engineering
• Hands-on Python for data cleaning and analysis
• Ability to read electrical drawings and datasheets
• Rigorous approach to QA/QC and peer review
• Willingness to travel to client sites
