Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach and support customers, drive payment collections and lease renewal outcomes by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction with the product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face‑to‑face to move them one‑step closer to ownership.

You will manage accounts, update information in the store system, contact customers who have not renewed, and support the Sales Team.
