Renewals Manager – SMB Contracts & Growth, Stock Options

Ashby is seeking a Manager of Contract Management (Renewals) to lead a global team of Startup Contract Managers and drive renewal strategy, pricing conversations, and long-term partnership planning. You will coach the team, improve processes, and partner across functions to scale Ashby’s renewal program.

You’ll work with leadership to ensure forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, and consistent renewal governance while building scalable systems for high-touch customer experiences at scale.
