What a Night Looks Like
You start with a map of addresses — cars flagged for repo in your area. Management pushes you more assignments as the night goes. You find the car, hook it up, and drop it at the nearest impound lot. Our office team handles the paperwork from there. You stay in the field. Support is there all night if you need anything.
Requirements
Valid drivers license, clean record
23 or older (insurance requirement)
Experience on a tow truck — wheel-lift, self-loader, or flatbed
Pass a background check and drug test
Keep your cool when things get tense — this job involves dealing with people
Good Fit If Youve Been In:
Law enforcement — If youve worked as an officer, deputy, or sheriffs deputy, you already know how to handle people in tough situations. We want guys with that background.
Military — Any branch, any MOS. The ability to stay calm and get the job done carries over directly. We have a strong veteran presence and were building more of that.

North Carolina doesnt require a repo license for field agents. If you have a clean record, tow truck experience, and the right attitude — youre already qualified.
