Residential Design & Technical Lead (12m FTC)

Goodman Masson is seeking a Design & Technical Manager for a 12-month FTC in London, site-based. The role leads design delivery across housing schemes and oversees consultants through early design, planning, construction and handover.

Responsibilities include coordinating design deliverables to meet cost and programme targets, providing technical input to appraisals, and ensuring compliance with H&S and regulations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.
