We are looking for a Resiliency Junior IT SME to support application resiliency, disaster recovery, and recovery planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze application recovery requirements, service criticality, and technical dependencies.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) test preparation and follow-up actions.
• Map dependencies across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and business services.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and target resiliency expectations.
• Prepare documentation, evidence, and materials for governance and design validation.
• Work closely with senior SMEs to validate technical information and maintain consistent documentation.
• Support resiliency assessments and ensure recovery strategies are backed by data and evidence.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience .
• Understanding of application recovery requirements and technical dependencies.
• Experience supporting DR testing, recovery assessments, or resiliency analysis .
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Fluent/strong Spanish communication skills – must be comfortable working with teams in Mexico and Spain . xhqgsiq
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in NYC/Madison.
