Resource Strategy & Allocation for ServiceNow Projects

Konversational is seeking a highly organized Resource Management Specialist to support day-to-day coordination of our consulting resources, from identifying skills gaps to project allocations and onboarding capacity.

You will manage resourcing plans, utilization data, forecasts, trackers and reports, and administer ServiceNow partner activities. This role offers growth within a growing elite ServiceNow practice and exposure to delivery operations.
