Restaurant Technology Systems Analyst

Restaurant technology analysts research systems, manage technical priorities, and improve payment operations for Earls Kitchen + Bar’s North American locations. This hybrid Head Office role includes scheduled after-hours support.

Earls Kitchen + Bar seeks an Operations Systems Specialist for its Technology team. This specialist researches and benchmarks Operations Systems while coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder input. You will create requirements, identify risks, maintain documentation, and support enterprise restaurant platforms. Your work spans POS, inventory, kitchen, payment, and delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and benchmark Operations Systems within the external marketplace
• Maintain current documentation for systems, processes, and training
• Help create business cases and requirements for new initiatives
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor tickets and hold teams accountable to service targets

Requirements:

• Three-plus years of progressive restaurant, IT, or systems experience
• Experience with enterprise restaurant systems and payment platforms
• Proficient Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging issues
• Quick learner open to coaching, direction, and new challenges
