Restructuring Director Financial Advisory

Lead financial restructuring advisory at PwC, using cash flow forecasting and stakeholder management to optimise recovery outcomes. The role offers hybrid flexibility in Canada.

As a Deals Restructuring Director, you will work with partners to source mandates, lead advisory teams, and grow the restructuring practice. You will develop turnaround plans, assess business plans, and coordinate distressed transactions. Financial analysis, communication, and project leadership are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new restructuring mandates through business development activities
• Develop turnaround and realization plans maximizing stakeholder recoveries
• Build financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses
• Coordinate distressed mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing activities
• Lead stakeholders, change, teams, and restructuring processes

Requirements:

• Professional accounting or similar postgraduate designation
• Financial, operational restructuring, or insolvency experience
• Experience advising debtors and creditors in Canada
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and communication skills
• Project management, business development, and travel willingness
