Salary: £95,000-£105,000

PQE Level: 6-9 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Role

Transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring:

• Acting for IPs on the acquisition and disposal of companies and assets
• Financial and corporate restructuring including standstills
• Schemes of arrangement
• Special situations/distressed assets
• Contentious including acting for insolvency office holders including wrongful trading, CDDA applications, enforcement of security
• Advisory including contingency planning and debt advisory

Successful candidate

• 6+ PQE, E&W qualified
• At least 6 years contentious and non-contentious restructuring experience gained within a UK law firm
