Retail Banking Branch Manager

Drive retail banking growth through team leadership, client acquisition, and resource allocation. RBC’s Branch Manager role is based in Saint-Jérôme.

This full-time position leads branch performance across sales, revenue, and market share. You will manage change, cultivate local partnerships, and create memorable client experiences through strong retailing excellence. You will also oversee recruiting, talent management, development, career planning, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change and allocate resources for community needs
• Grow sales, revenue, and market share through branch initiatives
• Support client acquisitions through teams and local partners
• Ensure employee engagement through talent management and development
• Address gaps from operational, credit, and compliance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in a people management role
• Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
• Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
• Acceptable mutual fund branch management exam completion or eligibility
• Digital channel skills and entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset
