Retail Banking Branch Manager

Lead retail banking operations at Macatawa Bank with customer relationship development, sales coaching, and community networking responsibilities. This branch-based role supports daily banking center performance.

As Branch Manager, you will manage branch operations while developing existing and new customer relationships. You will work with other lines of business to maximize banking center growth and profitability. The position combines managerial leadership, business development, and small business customer experience within Wintrust Financial Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
• Manage banking center staff sales performance
• Conduct coaching sessions and oversee staff development
• Resolve escalated customer matters
• Build local presence through networking and outbound calls

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous retail banking and managerial experience
• Previous business development experience
• Experience working with small business customers
• College degree or related banking experience preferred
