Retail Banking Experience Architect

Santander UK in Sheffield is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team. Working 35 hours across a rota Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, you’ll handle in-branch and phone inquiries, process everyday transactions, and help customers resolve issues.

You’ll build relationships, develop knowledge of Santander services, and identify ways to improve the customer experience. We value teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset in a busy, supportive environment.
