Retail IT Support Specialist: POS & Cloud Ops

Retailors (Fox Group) in Canada is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for the Head Office and retail store teams. You will provide front-line support to onsite and remote users, manage POS/ERP systems, and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, AD/AAD to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires travel between retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area, weekend/holiday coverage as needed, and setup support for new store openings. A valid driver’s license is required.
