Retail Promotions Systems Coordinator

Retail promotions systems experience meets data quality work in Giant Tiger’s hybrid Ottawa position. Attend the Walkley Road office quarterly and work from home otherwise.

This Promotional Event Coordinator position supports pricing and promotional event setup through Buying Events Advertising systems. You will maintain data integrity across high-volume retail processes and help ensure promotional changes are entered accurately. The role suits candidates with corporate retail or promotional execution experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain promotional event information within defined system standards
• Identify and resolve data integrity risks through validation
• Update events using Buying and Marketing input
• Produce documentation supporting promotional execution
• Test enhancements and escalate system setup issues

Requirements:

• Postsecondary education
• Two or more years corporate retail experience
• Experience with high-volume systems or data entry
• Strong problem-solving and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
