Retail Store Supervisor Cash Operations

Lead daily retail operations through cash control, store opening, closing, and team supervision in a Corporate Store Supervisor position. Flexible scheduling is required.

This permanent, full-time position supports the day-to-day running of the business. The supervisor operates the cash register and POS system, manages transactions, balances tills, and coordinates store activities. The work also includes ordering, receiving, restocking, customer service, safety, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, including store alarm procedures
• Count and balance tills and float each shift
• Conduct daily safe audits and prepare deposits
• Restock shelves, barrels, tubs, pails, and displays
• Coach staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• One to three years of retail environment experience
• One year supervising a team
• Intermediate communication skills
• Flexible availability Monday through Sunday
