Retail Store Supervisor Cash Operations

Lead daily retail operations through cash control, safe audits, and store opening and closing responsibilities. This is a full-time permanent position.

The Store Supervisor supports Bulk Barn business operations while coaching staff and maintaining service standards. Responsibilities include POS administration, transaction management, inventory replenishment, order coordination, and workplace safety. The position requires flexible availability from Monday through Sunday, including mornings, days, and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, including managing alarms
• Count tills, balance floats, and conduct safe audits
• Operate registers and administer required Supervisor POS functions
• Prepare daily deposits and submit Corporate Office paperwork
• Coach staff and delegate daily store tasks

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• One to three years of retail experience
• One year supervising a team
• Intermediate communication skills
• Flexible availability for early mornings, days, and evenings
