Returns Processing Specialist

Process customer returns using proprietary engineering software, Microsoft Excel, and CTDI systems with exceptional attention to detail. Work cross-functionally within a technology-driven environment.

This Material Handler assignment focuses on reviewing every customer return thoroughly and processing it through proprietary engineering software. The work requires accurate data entry into CTDI systems using a PC and Microsoft Excel. You will help maintain high-quality processing standards while supporting the Returns Supervisor with various departmental tasks. Cross-functional experience within the department is an asset, particularly in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer returns thoroughly before processing
• Process returns through proprietary engineering software
• Maintain high-quality work on every return
• Input data into CTDI systems using Microsoft Excel
• Support the Returns Supervisor with assigned tasks
