Revenue Accounting Reporting Manager

Lead revenue accounting and reporting for Make-Wish Canada from anywhere in Canada, using reconciliations, advanced Excel, and analytical expertise.

As Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, you will report to the Director of Finance in a full-time, permanent hybrid position. You will ensure accurate, timely revenue data and translate complex information into actionable insights. The role covers accounting systems, CRM platforms, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue data management and monthly revenue reporting
• Reconcile bank, accounting, Salesforce, and Donor Drive records
• Prepare or review monthly revenue journal entries
• Manage Gift in Kind revenue collection, tracking, and valuation
• Design reports, analyses, and processes for revenue data

Requirements:

• Post-secondary accounting or business education, or equivalent experience
• Five-plus years in related accounting positions
• Proficiency with finance software and CRM systems
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, collaborative, and detail-focused approach
