Revenue Accounting Reporting Manager

Lead revenue accounting and reporting for Make-A-Wish Canada from anywhere in Canada, using advanced Excel and analytical expertise in a hybrid model.

As Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, you will report to the Director of Finance. You will ensure revenue data remains accurate, timely, and compliant across the Foundation. The work includes reconciliations, journal entries, Gift in Kind valuation, and actionable reporting for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly revenue reporting for senior leadership decision-making
• Reconcile bank, accounting system, and CRM data
• Prepare or review monthly revenue journal entries
• Manage Gift in Kind revenue collection, tracking, and valuation
• Develop reports and analyses for senior managers

Requirements:

• Accounting or business education, or equivalent experience
• Five-plus years in related accounting positions
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Finance software and CRM system proficiency
• Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach
